Join the collective movement.

We are grassroots and growing.
There’s a role for leaders who are values and mission-aligned.

We work with local leaders who are:

  • Connected to local education and child wellbeing efforts.

  • Have a bias for action to improve student academic outcomes and wellbeing, at scale and at speed.

  • Willing to learn and share their knowledge and expertise with others, open to collaborating, consider new ideas, and tackle hard things.

  • Action- and continuous improvement-oriented, who believe in shared responsibility to develop shared vision and shared actions at the local and State levels.

  • Ready to engage in sense-making and solution-making conversations to address persistent and consistent achievement and opportunity gaps while also making the system work better for all learners.
